Can't save to computer or Cloud

I get a message that says that i can't save my music to the computer or Cloud. In one instance it says this is a read only file. I don't understand any of this as I haven't had this problem before and haven't changed settings. I have upgraded the program however.

Which operating system? Could you show a screenshot of the exact error message? Do you get the same error when saving to cloud and when saving to disk?
