Support not answering refund request
Hi,
I had an unintended renewal and didnt mean to subscribe. Unfortunately I was checking actively the email account associated and couldn’t avoid the auto renewal. I was also not actively using the program, so the subscription currently has no value for me.
Would you be so kind as to reply to my refund request to the payment done?
