Probably not. Converting a sound file (.mp3, .mp4, or similar) that has ONE instrument on it is right at the edge of computer technology at this time. If the sound file has more than one instrument, it's simply not possible.
For at least the next several years, the best way to do this is to use HumanEar 1.0: that is, transcribe it yourself.
