Pedal markings don't work on measure 240 for any instrument, no matter what

So I was in the middle of making a symphony orchestra piece when I found this weird bug (and before you say it, I restarted three times) where on measure 240 pedal markings don't work, which was great because that measure was smack dab in the middle of a piano solo. I know that pedal errors can be easily fixed by just saving/restarting but none of that worked. So out of curiosity I tried it with the right hand staff and it didn't work. Tried it on the harp and it didn't work. I tried it on the trumpet for crying out loud (and it does work otherwise) and it doesn't work. I used other pedal marks too. No luck.

I even deleted the measure thinking it was corrupted and the next measure that became measure 240 had the same bug. And this is the only measure in the whole score with this problem.

At first I thought this was some sort of mathematical bug where certain numbers have problems, but 240 obviously isn't a power of 2. I don't think it's a bug, though with everything I try it doesn't budge.
