Score management
Does MuseScore allow setting up folders within the app? I have several scores that I would like to "bundle" into a single folder so that I don't have to scroll through every score to find the one I want to work with.

Scores are just files and can they be stored in whatever folders you prefer and which you set up with your computer's operating system. Musescore follows whatever folder architecture you have set up. You can change the default location where scores are saved in Edit>Preferences>Folders

That relates to the free Musescore Studio notation editor, available for Windows, MAC and Linux and which is dealt with on this musescore.org site. If you are asking about the Musescore mobile app available for IOS and Android then that is dealt with on the musescore.com site. I suspect you mean on the "Library" page, the list of scores on the Home page. If that's what you meant, no. Simply use File / Open and arrange your score files in folders on your hard drive.
