Musehub not downloading

I've had to uninstall Musescore 4 and the associated Musehub from my laptop as there was an issue that needed me to uninstall and reinstall both apps. Musecore 4 has redownloaed fine, however, when I go to redownload Musehub, I get the following message (Please find attached). I then follow the instructions by going to the start menu and Musehub is not there, as if it never installed in the first place. Is this an issue anyone has come across before and would be able to help?
