Reset staff layout

I've looked through the manual and tried everything setting-wise that I can think of but I am running out of ideas. I'm not sure what I did, but ended up with a staff layout in the attached file. It looks like the cello is a soloist when it should be part of the string quartet. How can I reset the staff layout in 4.4.4?

I found an answer. I opened the Instruments page, but didn't add anything. Clicking OK re-applied the string ensemble layout.
