Velocity Randomizer Plugin

Hi there,

I want to create a plugin that will automatically randomize the Velocity of a part within a set range. How hard would it be to make that? I don't know where to start. I have a pretty good idea of coding in Lua, but I don't know what programming language Musescore uses or how to even start a plugin for that matter.

How can I get started? What will I need?
