Importin Music from Finale

I am New to MuseScore and don't know how to import Music I've written on Finale. I have large pieces of Music that I've composed etc.
I came across a tutorial about making the finale piece a PDF but could not zero in on what to do after that in order to bring it in onto MuseScore.
