Swing mode not working on playback

See attached score snippet. Swing is selected in the master style dialog, set to 1/8 at 60%. It works in another snip where the 1/8 notes only follow 1/4 notes. In this case, 1/8 notes follow 1/2 notes and it doesn't "swing".
