Convert to gregorian

is there a plugin out, that converts normal (western) notation on 5 lines to gregorian notation (4 lines)?

I think, lilypond can do sort of, but to create "real" gregorian notation, it is much more complicated, as it is too different concept, I think (ligatures, ...).
