Beam anomalies and harmonics

Can't figure out how to do beams on triplets within a 7/8 measure.
Beaming seems to be a little less straightforward in general. Reset beams in Format isn't effective.
Don't see any mention of harmonics in note input menus

Beaming in general is actually not too bad. Click on the note, go to properties, scroll down to note, go to the beam menu, and you can do whatever you want with the beams. You could also do this by adding the beam properties pallete.
Beaming with tuplets is indeed not very straightforward. As shown in the first screenshot I attached, it can be achieved. This is done by choosing the ratio beforehand. Click the rest you want to separate into tuplets as, click the tuplet button, click other, and you can enter the ratio. In my example, the first bar is 3:7 (this is also the default triplet), then second bar is 3:14, and the third bar is 3:28.
Harmonics are not something that are part of the note input menu. They take a bit more work. Use the second screenshot I have as a guide. If the harmonic is natural (no need to stop the string), then go to properties, note, head menu, choose the diamond head, scroll down to show more, go to override visual duration, and choose the half note. Then, if the output sound is different than the shown note, and you want to achieve the correct playback, uncheck the play option, go to voice 2 (or a different voice than the first voice), and input the desired note. Then uncheck the show option, and I prefer also going to the stem menu and checking stemless to avoid other issues. If the harmonic is artificial, same process, but in voice 1, add a regular notehead where the string should be stopped.
