Soundfonts
I'm recently writing some scores for chamber ensembles, however wherever there is a fast movement the Violins, violas, and cellos start sliding (unwanted glissandi) during passages with no staccatos. I'm using the Muse Sounds soundfont for the strings however it's very annoying if there's no option to toggle the sliding off. I'm fine with the sliding in slow movements but it sounds very weird in fast movements.
Is there any way to fix this?

Try using "Violin 2" instead of "Violin 1". These are not intended to be "seats", but different sounds. "Violin 1" is supposedly "expressive", while "Violin 2" is less so. (There have been a number of complaints, but Muse Hub's response is that this is intentional. *shrug*)

Thanks, I'll try that.
There seems to be two flute sounds too. Flute 1 and Flute 2.
For the French horns sounds there is the "Horn in F" and the "Horns A3", what does the latter mean?

The abbreviations a 2 (or a 3 or a 6) refer to the number of instruments playing a unison line.
See Wikipedia article A due: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_due

Ok thanks.
Also, the solo cello seems to have a sliding too in fast movements. I wonder how do I fix that since there are no other cellos in the soundfont.
