I believe that you want an entire second copy of the melody following that first copy? And this second copy in a different key?
If I've interpreted your question correctly, copy the melody into blank measures after the first run-through. Select the new second copy and then use the Tools / Transpose dialog to transpose the second copy up to (for example) C major.
