Sharps on chords

Hello, I have been using Musescore for some time now but I have just updated it to the 4.5 version.
While typing a chord I noticed that using the AltGr button next to the space bar produced no effect. Specifically I was not able to input a sharp on a chord. I read online that this issue is linked to italian keyboards and, even if I was not using one at the time, I did have it installed.
