Accidental Tuner hanging

Hello,
Has anyone had an issue with the AccidentalTuner plug-in. It worked fine before. However, now neither my laptop or my pc computer, the window of accidentaltuner hangs the window but nothing appears in the window. It works on another pc fine. I believe it should work for the basic default musescore sounds...
