delete the last triplet an copy the 3rd beat, than alter.
Still...,it looks like your measure is missng half a beat...
It is difficult to help with just pictures to go on. It is usually best to attach the score file (.mscz file) that you are having difficulty with.
From the picture it looks like you have too few beats in that measure. But why it looks like that can only be guessed at.
As the others have said, it looks like your measure is short by an eighth note. I would select the entire measure and press Delete, so that I could start with a clean slate. Then I would right-click on the measure and click on Measure properties.... Look at the Nominal and the Actual durations. If they are different, change the Actual to match the Nominal. I suspect that it's currently set to "7/8" and should be "4/4".
Once the duration of the measure is corrected (if necessary), do the following steps:
N - Activate note entry mode. Be sure that you are on "Step entry (Default)" mode (with the "pencil" icon) rather than another.
4 - Set the duration to be an eighth note.
C - Enter an eighth note "C"
3 - Set the duration to be a sixteenth note.
E, E - Enter two sixteenth note "E"s.
4 - Set the duration to be an eighth note.
F, F - Enter two eighth note "F"s.
5 - Set the duration to be a quarter note (the total length of the triplet)
Ctrl+3 - Create a triplet.
At this point, you will have three eighth rests in the triplet and the duration set to an eighth note.
3 - Set the duration to be a sixteenth note.
F, F - Enter two sixteenth note "F"s into the first eighth note of the triplet.
4 - Set the duration to be an eighth note.
F, F - Complete the first triplet with two eighth note "F"s.
I suspect that this next step is the one you missed???
5 - Set the duration to be a quarter note (again, the total length of the triplet)
Ctrl+3 - Create a triplet.
F, E, G, Down - Enter the three eighth notes of the final triplet. Notice that the "G" is entered originally on the second line (nearest "G" to the previous "E") and you have to press Down to move it the octave down.
N.B. If this is not on a treble clef staff and/or not in the key of C, change the note names to the correct ones for your staff and key signature.
