Where is the "Inspector" on Musescore 4.5?

In earlier versions of MuseScore, I highlighted an item, and pulled down "inspector" from the VIEW menu. I used it to put beginning hook and end hook on a line. This allowed me make a harp music bracket, see below.

Where is the inspector in 4.5? Thanks!
