Here is the link for the 2.0 beta (only recommended for testing, rather than serious work).
What OS? You'll only find it ready to go for Windows and Mac. Linux builds are sill not ready to just plug and play. But for the other platforms, see the link above for the Beta 1, or see the Download link at the top of the menu to the right of this page for nightly builds, which I would actually recommend over the Beta 1.
Be note these are all experimental. There is no official 2.0 release yet.
