Append Measures crashes, always

In a particular score I'm putting together for a Capella practice, I'm about halfway through. But in this particular one, I cannot add measures of any kind, or any number. It always crashes, whether 1 measure or 20. I can't insert measures anywhere, either, that I tried.

MuseScore version: 0.9.5 (also tried nightly 0.9.6)
OS: Windows 7

This is using the MagicSFver2.sf2 soundfont. I don't know if the file will load correctly with a different soundfont. If it's a problem, let me know and I'll switch it to something else.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Change soundfont to MagicSFver2.sf2 (possibly)
2) Open attached .mscz file
3) Create -> Measures -> Append Measures
4) Select any number of measures to append, click OK
5) Immediate crash

I'm attaching the half-finished piece. I've worked with a half dozen other scores using the same program version and soundfont, but never had it crash consistently like for this one. Most likely, the problem is something in the particular score which is causing the problem.
