Why able to scroll beyond score, up or down?
I finally have a breath to look at 2.0
The first thing I notice is that I can scroll completely away from the score. To me this is a problem.
Can someone please explain the use of this feature?

Couldn't you always do this in 1.3 too? (Not that I like it, either.)

I never noticed it. Perhaps.
I have a new computer and scrolling with the wheel is very different.
I have tried all ways I could think of for moving about a score (navigator, dragging canvas, mouse wheel, page up/down). I don't see any difference in any of these from 1.3 to 2.0. Navigator, dragging, and page up/down are all pretty much limited to staying on canvas in both versions. Only the mouse wheel lets you move indefinitely, again in both versions. And in both version the page up / down and/or home / end keys are your friends for getting the view back to a sensible place.
I would agree, though, that being able to scroll arbitrarily far doesn't seem overly useful.

My mouse is just too active.
I'll have a talk with him.
Thanks.
