What OS are you on, and what version of MuseScore? For 1.3, you can increase the interface size in Edit / Preferences. For 2.0, MuseScore automatically uses the overall application font size you have chosen in your the settings for your operating system / window manager. So if you find applications fonts too small, it is possible to make them larger.
