Assign system text or marks to a given staff

These texts are assigned to the first staff (instrument)....If this staff is empty in some systems it disappears, and these texts disappears also.

So it would be nice to be able to clip system text and marks not only to the first instrument....

As a turn-around I tried to change the order of the instruments. I obtained the resul at the screen (I mean I was able to "hide empty staves", and however see the previously clipped marks), but this returned to the first instrument after the next closing/opening...

So I'll clip where it's possible and drag.....but this will have to be done at the last combing of the score.....
