Rests under a beam: beam should retain slope, rests should be moved to fit
Something that's annoyed me a little bit is how MuseScore handles rests that are part of a beam. It seems that in this case, the beams are forced to be horizontal, and the user must manually reposition the rest. I've seen quite a few published scores that make this notation look quite natural and consistent. Compare the current and desired functionality.

That's a very good suggestion. Not sure how easy it would be to implement though.
