Extender line wrapping
Albert's Essential Dictionary of Music Notation, which seems to be cited as the standard for Musescore, says (p. 189 of 1996 pb ed.) that extender lines showing a lyric syllable's duration, if they occur at the end of a measure and go beyond it, should be wrapped to the next staff. I attach an example: note that the extender line for the syllable "x" ends with the staff instead of wrapping around to also be under the tied half note at the beginning of the next staff, which is what Albert's calls for. If I just don't understand how to do this, please let me know; otherwise, I'd like to make it a feature request. Thanks.

Thanks. It looks like the work around is to adjust the measure with less stretch until it is short enough so the whole tie is on the same staff, in which case the software knows to extend the underscore. If there's a better work around, some one please let me know.
