Saving a palette - a belt and braces issue

When you save a palette, Musescore leaves the name field blank (!) in the save window, and therefore the user has no way of checking if s/he is actually saving the intended palette or may have right-clicked on the wrong palette by mistake.

Just to be safe, the name of the palette to be saved should automatically appear in the file name field of the save window.
