Glissando without text as default. Is this setting possible?
Hello,
I almost never use the "gliss." text in glissandi. Is it possible to make this setting a default in my preferences for convenience?
[In the moment i just put all the glissandi I want and then at the end I hide all the texts by selecting "all similar elements" and unchecking the "show text" box]
All the best,
Rodolfo

Once you have customzie a gliss, or any other element the way you want, you can add it to a palette as described in the Handbook under "Custom palette": https://musescore.org/en/handbook/custom-palettes. Then you can re-use your customzied marking any time you like.

Dear Marc,
Thank you very much for this tip about customizing the pallete. That looks like opening nice possibilities.
Apparently I should press ctrl+shift and drag and drop it in the palette under the corresponding category. But I'm trying this and this simply doesn't seem to work...
(Working under OSX Yosemite)
Thanks!

What I ment in the previous post does not work here with if picking elements from the score (as specified in the documentation) but works with taking things from the master palette.

For the same palette? Did you create a workspace and enable editing in the specific palette you are adding to?

Hi,
I created a "rodolfo" workspace and yes, editing is enabled.

I tried both ctrl+shift+drag/drop and cmd+shift+drag/drop.
Both failed.
