You can create it by selecting the note head of a single grace note. Next, build a chord by using SHIFT + [letter name of note] to add the new note(s).

Actually that's exactly what I wanted. Only problem is that the little grace-note slash seems to be proportional to the total chord instead of staying near the top of the combined stem around the flag. But I could just use the non-slashed variety...
