Note entry question
Hello,
1) Maybe if pressing an arrow key to raise/lower the pitch of a note would always add an accidental first of all (as opposed to sometimes raising/lowering the letter name as happens currently). Would provide a way to get to the desired letter name & accidental with a couple fewer mouse clicks.
2) Also maybe something about the note values created in tuplets? Currently entering tuplets seems to involve switching back and forth between a couple of different note values...well here's the example I'm working with (keystrokes for entering triplet sixteenth notes using 0.9.4):
(in note entry mode)
4 (change to eighth note duration)
a (letter name of first note)
Ctrl+3 (triplet command)
3 (change to sixteenth note duration)
b
c
(start over for the next set of notes)
Thanks!

Apparently the "Note entry" links in the English handbook are currently ending at this forum post (by somebody or other ;) ).
I think this is where the links normally go: http://www.musescore.org/en/handbook/note-entry

Update: the problem with the "Note entry" links has been solved. -unknownscribe
Although apparently I can define keyboard shortcuts for accidentals...save mouse clicks that way...
I agree with both requests completely.
1. If I press D arrow down I want a Db not a C#, if I did want that I would have pressed C arrow up.
2. If I want a 8th note triplet I would like to input an eight note and then tell it it is part of a triplet and continue with the other eight notes in the triplet.
