Sudden accents and dynamics
I was writing a song and i noticed that there was no "sudden loud" or "sudden soft" option to apply to notes. Please add them.

These already exist. The standard dynamic marking sfz is on the Dynamics palette if you are in the Advanced workspace (see control at bottom of palettes), as is the rather less common sfp. You can also edit the text of any dynamic if you wish it to say, for example, "subito p". If you also want to affect playback, use the Inspector to change the velocity of the note(s).
