Voices : a 5th voice
As we wave 5 fingers, more seriously : if I want a conductor score more compact with five trumpets or five trombones, it would be interesting to have the five instruments on the same stave. With the possibility to separate them fot a full score or each part.

Five voices on one staff becomes pretty difficult to follow. Consider adding an extra staff to your conductors score.
It's incredibly rare for a trumpet section to require five independent voices. I have a feeling all that is really needed here is five note chords all in one voice that can be automatically "exploded" into five staves on command. not five independent voices (and vice versa).

Five trumpets : have a look at http://www.trombamania.com/
9th, 11th ant 13th chords sound great with five trumpets ! In an arrangement you can write the melody with 2, 3 voices an "explode" with five sounds from time to time, just as a pianist does. That's why I say in such circomstances that it is more comfortable to read a score on one stave when the number of parts increases.
