Organ Pedalling Marks

I would like to add organ pedal marks to a bass pedal line, or to a voice within a bass line (eg, on a hymn score).
Typical marks are V above note = right toe, inverted V below note = left toe, o above = rt heel, o below = left heel. Some scores use U and inverted U to denote heel (not my preference). There is also an oblique line crossing the parallel of the note itself to show a foot change on a sustained note (ie, where the original foot needs to head up or down the pedal board for a subsequent note).
