Save save save, but freeze still loses everything
I don't have any screenshots or anything for this, but, as I am sure you are all aware, musescore crashes. A lot. This doesn't usually bother me that much, as I save very often. However, this evening, composing away, saving very often, when the program happened to freeze, and shut down. Which is all fine and dandy. I start it up again, and choose "No" for "Do you want to recover?", because since I saved so often it shouldn't've been a problem. I lost two hours worth of work, inexplicably. When the program froze, I made certain not to touch anything that might be misconstrued as "yes, I want you to delete all my work and so I save the deletions."
Just putting it out there. I can't be the only one.
Gute nacht.

Which version of MuseScore are you using? On which operating system?
The last version of MuseScore is 0.9.6.3 and is quite stable.

Ah, that might be it; I'm still on the 0.9.6.1. Darn that last decimal! Haha. It's more stable, you say? Danke...

Crashes should be very rare. If you encounter a crash, take a moment to see if you can discover the exact series of steps that cause the crash. Sharing these steps on the forum will let developers know about a crash so that they can fix it.
