Is this rest an error?

There appears to be a ledger line (moving it too has behaviour similar to a normal note). It's part of a secondary voice.

I'm beginning to wonder whether being too zoomed in causes such errors (including the recent issue with trails and artefacts) - perhaps it's a memory issue, although it's still a few weeks old and everything else is fine.
