See attached score. In tablature, when note position is set to "above lines," slurs remain in the same position as if the note was still on the line rather than above it. As below:

Here's a better description:
1. Open attached file. The first bar of tablature looks like this:
2. Right-click on Tablature staff and chose "Staff properties >Advanced style properties."
2. Set "Marks are drawn" to "Above lines." Click "OK" then "OK" again to return to the score. Now the first bar looks like this:
The slurs are wrongly positioned because they have failed to move upwards with the notes.
Note: This problem also manifests whenever the vertical offset (in "Staff properties> Advanced style properties") is set to any positive or negative value.
Still the case in MS 2.3.2.
