I Accidentally Deleted Something?

Hi! I'm VERY new to Muse Score (just downloaded it an hour ago or so), and think it's awesome, but somehow, I've lost the guide notes at the top. I have absolutely no clue as to how they disappeared, but I suppose that I must have fat-fingered something.
I've added a screenshot that shows the severe lack of guide notes.
Could someone please tell me how to put them back up? I would really appreciate it!
