dmg.bz archive on cnet not working
The dmg.bz archive of version 1.0 posted on cnet unpacked to create a dmg that my system (mac 10.4.11, PPC) said was not mountable due to an unrecognizable file system. The dmg I got from your website via sourceforge works fine.

Can you point to the CNET page where you downloaded MuseScore?

From this page I got a DMG file and I can install MuseScore without any issue ? Can you try again ?

I tried again, with the same result. CNET gives me a dmg.bz2 file that unpacks to a broken dmg - "no mountable file system."
The broken dmg is 174.8 MB, as opposed to 69.9 MB for the working one I get via sourceforge from the project webpage.

I can't reproduce. Maybe CNET is using a mirror. Where are you located?

Crazy. Even with this download link I don't have the problem. Which browser and which OS do you run ? Maybe we will be able to report a bug to CNET :)

That was the problem. I was using Omniweb 5.10.3, OS 10.4.11 on a G5. I tried it with Firefox and had no problem. I'll report a bug to the Omniweb folks. Strange that I'd get two different files ...
