How do I get rid of an extra long measure
I am using Version 1.0 Mac OSx
By following all of the "delete" instructions I could find, I couldn't get rid of this blank measure I have attached.

Which instructions did you try? Should be as simple as selecting the measure and hitting Ctrl-Del.
