Click or dblClick in navigator window

Could you add a click in the navigator window so that the viewport moves to the clicked position? On my machine, which is pretty old, dragging around the viewport in the navigator is very slow and I often have to drag several times to get to the right page. I would like to be able to simply click the desired page in the navigator window and have the viewport center on that page.
