This is already in 0.9.4, at least for the windows release. Can someone verify whether linux (Ubuntu) doesn't show the tooltips with shortcuts? What version is your MuseScore?
I uesd muse score 0.9.4 on ubuntu 8.10 from ppa repository, and there is no shortcut in popup menu :-s

All menus show shortcuts. If you see no shortcut, there is no one. Its automatic and a function of the qt gui libraries. Even if you change the shortcuts in preferences, the right ones are shown.
All context popup menu show at least shortcuts for copy/paste (if not configured away).

Ok,
I've found the shortcut editor and add my shortcut, but For example, I want to assign the + from num pad to add a sharp and - from the num pad to add a flat, but mscore doesn't seem to recognize the key, how can I solve that?
