Note Time Offset

This plugin allows note times to be offset from the beat by a number of milliseconds. This can be a fixed amount of can be defined as a range, (where the plugin randomises an offset withiin the range.)

The reason for doing this is to make playback more realistic.

Usage

• Set the window range for the random offset by specifying Offset Min and Offset Max.
• Select at least one measure, (optionally tick the checkbox to process the whole stave).
• Press Apply
• For a fixed offset, set Offset Max = Offset Min.

The offsets generated can be shown in the score by using Add Texts and removed with Rmv Texts and they can be removed from the score by using Reset

Use the Setup options to define the colour, size and position of these texts.

The plugin can be undocked by dragging it out of the side panel.
