Sobreagudos en el Saxofón Alto y Etc

Buenas... Quiero preguntar y recibir cuya respuesta de: Porque no suenan o no se ejecutan las notas sobreagudas en el instrumento Saxofón Alto? No se escuchan a la hora de escribirlas.
Porque tiene mas rango y en la vida real se pueden hacer y reproducir... me gustaría que en la próxima actualización de MuseScore agreguen eso que se puedan escuchar las notas Altissimo del Saxofón alto a la hora de escribirlas. Gracias y espero una respuesta.
A partir del Compás 34 la notas como C# en adelante no suenan.
