Transposition
How do I change the key for one instrument only in a wind quartet. I can't find how to select and modify only one instrument. Also how do I play the sound of one instrument at a time?

About your requests:
1) To change a key signature for one instrument only: press Ctrl key (Cmd on Mac), and drag and drop the wished key signature in a measure of this instrument.
2) To play the sound of one instrument at a time: go to View -> Mixer (F10) and tick "Solo" for the instrument involved (and only this one). See: https://musescore.org/en/handbook-sound-and-playback/mixer#mute-solo
