Using numeric pad for note duration in musescore 4, and note tail.

Hello, In musescore 3 I was able to use the numeric pad on my keyboard to change note duration while writting a score (for instance 4 for an 8th note, 5 for a quarter note etc...)
On musescore 4 I can't use the numeric pad and am forced to use the top row of my keyboard, wich is, in my opinion, much worst ergonomics.
I tried to setup for the right keys in the shortcut menu but it still doesn't work :(
Is there an update planned to fix this ?
Also, sometimes when I input notes, the tails are invisible and I have to tell the software to put the nothead to the right or left side for it to show up, it happens quite often when I write drums part.
