Corrupted file, backup not working.

So there's a piece I started many months ago, but when I opened my computer, it was corrupted, I tried the classic backup trick, but it didn't work, it said corrupted too. I've done many researchs about other tricks to fix this problem, but it's always unclear or not working. If anybody could help me, I would be super grateful. The file with the leading dot is the modified backup btw.
