Bug in noteheads
Hi,
I just downloaded the softwear, and as I opened it, all the noteheads are wierd squares instead of actual notes. How do I fix it?

I assume this is on Mac? See the note about font problems on Mac on this page for a way to fix it:

This font makes Musescore displaying squares in place of notes:
Adobe Jenson Pro (ajenson)
I experimented this on 3 different Macs (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and iMac)
and on two different O.S. : Snow Leopard and Lion
It doesn't depend on how many fonts are installed on the computer (I have from 300 to 800 fonts and this is the only one causing Musescore displaying squares).

That's a very interesting finding! Was this font marked as broken by the Mac font utility or not?

No, in any Mac the font wasn't marked and it was working properly on the word processors!
A font-expert could understand why... it took to me one year to discover this!
