Unable to deploy a new version or to uninstall the existince one

The current version is 4.4.4 as per attached.
From the last version-up, I could not complete due to the following errors.(in the 2nd attachement)
Now a new version comes,4.5.1 and still I cannot complete grading-up.
My machine is VAIO PC with 64bit and Windows 10 Pro.
