Poderiam me orientar como criar um atalho para o referido menu?

Eu perguntei há algumas semanas atrás para alguém que tem trabalhado para traduzir o programa do inglês para o português resolve isso, já que os tradutores têm total controle sobre isso. Ninguém fez nada sobre isso.
A few weeks ago someone mentioned this and a asked if a translator could fix the problem. No one has done anything about it. I don't speak enough Portuguese to fix this. I totally rely on Google for my translations. I anyone can read this in English, you would be welcomed to help with the translation.
