MuseScore remembers an unlimited number of undo/redo actions.

The standard shortcuts are:

• Undo Ctrl+Z (Mac: ⌘+Z)
• Redo Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y (Mac: ⌘+Shift+Z)
