Fingering positioner

This will cause fingering to horizontally center on noteheads and avoid the staff. Chords are supported, even across voices. Fingerings on the first stave will be stacked above with increasing pitch, fingerings on the second stave will be stacked below with decreasing pitch.

1. Add fingering to corresponding notes
   For example, a RH root-position C-major triad should have 1 on C, 3 on E, and 5 on G.
2. Select range
   Select two staves for the lower one to be mirrored.
3. Run plugin
